Software has invaded our lifes since long time ago, computers started to organize the society in the 70’s when the the first machines appeared (Machintosh and Windows) and have been developped until the present. It won’t be a mistake if you confirm that Software runs our daily life (tv, mobiles, tablets, watches…).

Software must be understood by custumers in order to better use them. Sometimes they struggle using them because they don’t understand them and then they can’t follow the instructions, and then the user experience with the software is not the appropiated one. Why does it happen?

It may happen because the intructions of the software are not properly translated into the mother tongue custumers language, this is why the user might struggle using the program and then having problems with a task.
